| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨米非司酮和甲氨喋吟联合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法：对36例异位妊娠患采用口服米非司酮及肌注甲氨喋吟方案治疗，定时监测血β—HCG，直至正常。结果：35例成功，成功率97．2％。结论：米非司酮和甲氨喋吟联合治疗异位妊娠，能缩短治疗时间，提高成功率，不良反应少。

| Abstract: | objective:To explore the effect of combination mifepristone and meth ot rexate on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:36 Cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated w ith mifepristone and methotrexate.The HCG was monitored regularly.Results:35 Cas es were successfully treated.Conclusion:The combination of mifepristone and meth otrexate on ectopic pregnancy could shoten therapeutic time and decease the side effect. |
