石棉摩擦材料-钢摩擦副材料转移机理的实验研究

摘    要:在一定压力和转速下对试样进行了摩擦试验,用扫描电镜和能谱仪对摩擦表面进行了观察分析,研究了石棉摩擦材料-钢摩擦副材料转移的物理过程、转移膜形成的工况条件及其影响因素,并论述了转移膜的表面特征。试验研究表明,石棉刹车块-钢滑动系统中,无论在何种工况下,都有不同程度的材料转移。转移膜是片状、长条状或团块状。转移膜不连续,其元素含量、相对厚度沿周向和径向分布不均,对偶材料的硬度、剪切强度表面能、热特性、表面光洁度及摩擦表面温度对转移膜形成有一定的影响。

Abstract:This paper studies the physical process of the material transfer of asbestos-steel friction pair, the working condition for the formation of transfer film and the factors affecting its formation. The surface characteristics of the transfer film are also described. The friction surface was examined with scanning electron microscope and photoelectron sped roscopy. The experimental results showed that material transfer occurred to some extent in an asbestos brike block-steel sliding system under any working condition. The transfer film was discontinuous, in the shape of flakes, strips or grains. Its elemental contents appeared unevenly distributed in the circumferential and radal directions with regard to its thickness. The formation of transfer film was affected by the hirdness, shear strength, surface energy, thermal properties, surface finish and the temperature of friction surface.
