11例支气管内膜结核临床误诊分析

收集本院近3年来支气管内膜结核11例,确诊前均为误诊.通过分析其临床表现、胸片和支气管纤维镜等检查,阐明了误诊原因,确诊有赖于纤维支气管镜的检查及灌洗,以找到结核菌.

Clinical Analysis on 11 Cases of Error-diagnosed Endobronchial Tuberculosis

11 patients suffering from endobronchia tuberculosis have ben investigated since the latter 3 years. through the analysis of their clinical features, radiological examination of the chest, the examinma examination of fibrooptic bronchoscopy etc., a conclusion was drown that these patients had been error-diagnosed before definite diagnosis. Hence, the causes of error-diagnosis was explained. In addition, the definite diagnosis, which depended on the examination of fibreoptic bronchoscopy, the lavation of bronchoalveolar, the finding of TB, was also done.
