无人值班变电站设计要求及应用

摘    要:随着电网运行经济性、安全可靠性和管理水平要求的提高,变电站实施无人值班,实现减人增效,减少建筑和占地面积已成为必然趋势。无人值班变电站应采用分层分布式微机监控系统,并配置遥视警戒系统和完善的烟、温报警及自动消防系统,同时处理好设备选择、电气主接线、直流系统、总布置、建筑物设计以及保护与监控之间的关系等问题。

Abstract:As the increasing requirement on operation economy,security & reliability and supervision of the power grid,the unattended substations have been the inevitable choice to realize the goal of reducing soil occupation and building size,improving benefit by reducing personnel.For unattended substations,the distributed multi-layer microprocessor based monitoring system which combined with remote guarding,smoke and temperature alarming and auto-fire fighting system should be adopted.In addition,the relationship among equipment choice,line connection,DC system,general layout,building design,relaying and monitoring system should be taken into account.
