二茂铁甲酰基—1,1′—二烷基二茂铁的反相色谱研究

摘    要:以甲醇-水为流动相对二茂铁甲酰基-1,1′-二烷基二茂铁进行了反相薄层色谱和反相高效液相色谱分离,两个系列同系物的保留值RM,olgk′分别与两个茂环上烷基碳原子数及流动相中甲醇的含量成线性关系;当两个茂环上烷基碳原子数相同,取代位置不同时,间位异构体的保留值小于邻位异构体,表明间位异构体比邻位异构体的极性强。

Abstract:Ferrocenylformyl-1,1′-dialkylferrocenes have been separated byRP-TLC and RP-HPLC using methyl alcohol-water as mobile phase.A linear relationship was found between the values of the RM,logK′ of two series homologs and the carbon number of alkyl radical on the two Cp rings,and between the RM,logK′ and the fraction of the methyl alcohol in the mobile phase;when the carbon number of alkyl radical on the two Cp rings was same,but substituted position was different,the retention values of meta-isomer was lesser than ortho-isomer,show that the polarity of the metaisomer was stronger than ortho-isomer.
