高效毛细管电泳法对4种抗生素的定量分析

摘    要:研究高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)对阿奇霉素,红霉素,大观霉素,奈替米星的定量分析,用外标法测定了大观霉素,硫酸奈替米星,红霉素,阿奇霉素样品的含量,得到了4种抗生素的线性范围,对比了HPCE法与微生物效价法含量测定结果,研究表明,HPCE法快速,准确,成本低,具有很好的选择性和重现性,优于效价法,研究建立了4种抗生素的毛细管电泳含量测定方法,能真实地反映药品的含量。

Abstract:A method was separately developed for the quantitative analysis of four antibiotics (erythromycin, trobicin, azithromycin, netilmicin) in their reagent by HPCE. The linear range and recovery of these antibiotics were studied. A good reproducibility in the experiment was obtained. Compared with the traditional method, the HPCE method was not only simple and quick but also had good selectivity and reproducibility.
