| 摘 要： | 研究高效毛细管电泳法（HPCE）对阿奇霉素，红霉素，大观霉素，奈替米星的定量分析，用外标法测定了大观霉素，硫酸奈替米星，红霉素，阿奇霉素样品的含量，得到了4种抗生素的线性范围，对比了HPCE法与微生物效价法含量测定结果，研究表明，HPCE法快速，准确，成本低，具有很好的选择性和重现性，优于效价法，研究建立了4种抗生素的毛细管电泳含量测定方法，能真实地反映药品的含量。

| Abstract: | A method was separately developed for the quantitative analysis of four antibiotics (erythromycin, trobicin, azithromycin, netilmicin) in their reagent by HPCE. The linear range and recovery of these antibiotics were studied. A good reproducibility in the experiment was obtained. Compared with the traditional method, the HPCE method was not only simple and quick but also had good selectivity and reproducibility. |
