| 摘 要： | 利用Western-blot法测定重组人纽表位肽12的抗原特异性，结果显示目标蛋白有明显的显色带．本方法灵敏、准确、简单，适用于重组人纽表位肽12抗原特异性检测．

| Abstract: | Western-blot method was used to analysis SD32 for antigen-specific protocol. The results is that the target protein is obviously stained and it shows that the protocol is sensitive, exact, convenient to SD32 antigen specific analysis. |
