摘    要:粉末成形计算机仿真的难点是建立数学模型。针对铁粉材料,首先推导出材料模型的本源式,并在此基础上,通过实验确定较为准确的泊松比与材料相对密度的关系式,建立了一种新的描述粉末金属压制过程的数学模型,用于描述材料加工时的力学性能变化,数值模拟与物理仿真的结果对比证明:与其他模型相比,新模型形式简单,精度较高,并且与材料相关。可以很好地描述铁粉压制变形行为。同时,该方法也可供类似材料的建模借鉴。

Abstract:A new mathematical model was established to describe the mechanical behavior of Fe powder compacting process. At first, the primitive model was derived, based on experimental determined relationship expression of Poisson's ratio and relative density, an ideal model was obtained theoretically. Then, the cylindrical type part compacting was simulated. Compared to the experimental results, the new model is more simple, precise and correlatived with the material. So it is more suitable to describe Fe powder compacting behavior. This kind of modeling method can also be used to other powder metal material.
