本文阐述具有横向裂纹转轴的振动特性，列举旋转机构中４种常见故障产生的振动信号与裂纹的区别，以此作为判断裂纹是否存在的依据。简述了利用模糊数学中模式识别的直接法来判断裂纹的方法，给出了实验室诊断裂纹的例子，最后介绍了裂纹诊断专家系统的计算机软件框图。

A Study of Diagnosing Method for Cracks on Shaft of Rotating Machine and Its Expert System

First, the Vibrational behavior of a rotating shaft with a transverse crack is outlined. Next, the difference in the vibrational behaviors between a crack and other four faultscommonly happening in the rotating machine is discussed. This provides the criterion forjudging whether a crack exists or not. Direct pattern identification in fuzzy mathematies isput forward as a basis for the diagnosis. An experimental example is given to illustrate theapplication of the proposed method. Finally, a computer flow chart of an expert system fordiagnosing a crack on shafting is introduced.
