| 摘 要： | 我国农业结构转型与制度创新关系的历史表明:制度创新对深化农业结构转型至关重要。我国农业结构转型的深化正面临着制度建设缺乏约束、金融制度演进偏差约束以及制度实施软化约束。完善制度建设、矫正金融制度演进偏差以及强化制度的实施机制是促进农业结构转型深化的制度创新路径。

| Abstract: | The history of the relatimship between structural adjustment in agriculture and system innovation indicates that system innovations are crucial to further implementing structural adjustment when it is at the phase of locked stalemate.The implementation of structural adjustment in our country are facing the constraints of system conditioning.Therefore,improving the system construction,correcting the financial system deviation and strengthening the implementing mechanism of the system are the innovative ways of further implementing structural adjustent. |
