苍耳子水提取物对实验性糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用研究

为研究苍耳子水提取物对高血糖模型小鼠的降血糖作用及其量效关系,取四氧嘧啶高血糖模型小鼠,随机分为5组,即苍耳子溶液高剂量组(2.5g/kg)、中剂量组(1.9g/kg)、低剂量组(1.25g/kg)、阳性对照组(糖脉康)、模型组,并取一组正常小鼠作为对照;灌胃给药10d后,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖,考察药物对高血糖模型小鼠的血糖和糖耐量的影响。结果显示苍耳子高、中、低剂量均能降低高血糖模型小鼠的血糖,并具有改善高血糖模型小鼠糖耐量的作用;苍耳子水提取物对高血糖模型小鼠有降低血糖和维持血糖的作用;在1.25～2.5g/kg剂量范围内,药物剂量和效应成正相关。

Decreasing Effect of Fructus Xanthii Aqueous Extract on Blood Glucose in Tested Mice

These experiments studied the decreasing effects of Fructus Xanthii on blood glucose in tested mice and dose-effect relationship.Tested Kunming mice were given three doses of fructus xanthii which were high-dose group(2.5g/kg),mid-dose group(1.9g/kg),and low-dose group(1.25g/kg).Others were positive control group(Chinese medicine),tested control group and normal control group.All mice were given drugs by ig under room temperature for ten days.Then blood glucose was determined by the enzyme method and observed the change on blood glucose in tested mice.Glucose levels of three dose-groups were lower than that of the tested control group.Fructus Xanthii could regulate glucose and make it stable.The study showed the hypoglycemic effect of Fructus Xanthii on blood glucose in mice.And effects of three doses is positive to three doses from 1.25g/kg to 2.5g/kg.
