摘    要:以格子Boltzmann等离子体射流模型和颗粒运动随机算法为基础,采用气态非平衡热传导方程计算颗粒表面和内部温度变化,对等离子体射流中陶瓷颗粒的热运动进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,陶瓷颗粒在等离子体射流中加热时颗粒内部可能出现相当大的温差,此温差取决于所经过的等离子体温度,陶瓷颗粒表面温度可以高于也可以低于中心温度。离喷枪出口越近,沿射流横截面颗粒群平均速度和平均温度波动越大,波动较小的高速区滞后于波动较小的高温区,

Abstract:On the basis of the plasma jet lattice Boltzmann model and random computational methods, the temperature changes of the surfaces and the inside of the ceramic particles were calculated, and the heat motions of the ceramic particles in plasma jet were numerically simulated. The results show that there would be remarkable temperature differences inside the ceramic particle when it was heated in the plasma jet, depending on the surrounding conditions; the surface temperature of the particle would be higher or lower than its central temperature. The closer the particle is to exit of the spout, the more irregular the average axial speeds and temperature of the particle group along cross-section fluctuates. Little fluctuated high-temperature region is followed later by little fluctuated high-speed region.
