压缩-扭转复合变形的实验研究

摘    要:本文以金属塑性成形的屈服准则为依据,提出了一种圆柱体压缩-扭转复合变形工艺,并且用塑性泥做了模拟实验。研究表明:该工艺与传统的镦粗工艺相比,能大幅度地降低锻造变形力,同时能消除坯料中的难变形区,改善变形分布的不均匀性,而且内部孔洞性缺陷能更快地闭合。该工艺在锻造生产中有着光明的前景。

Abstract:In this paper, a compressing twisting-forging-method, based on the yield criterion, is given. It can be used for forging cylinders. The experiments are made with plasticine.Researches show that, comparing with the ordinary upset forging, the new forging method can greatly reduce the for ging load, eliminate the rigid region under the plane die, improve the uneveness of the strain dist ribution,and close the small holes which exist in forging blank more quickly.So this new forging method has bright future in forging production.
