| 摘 要： | 目的:观察采用小切口复位带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的疗效.方法:2003年4月-2006年10月,对18例胫骨骨折行小切口复位带锁髓内钉固定,其中男14例,女4例,年龄20～58岁;闭合骨折13例,开放性骨折5例,均采用扩髓.结果:18例随访16例按期愈合,2例延迟愈合,1例肢体短缩2cm,1例锁钉断裂1根,髓内钉完好,其它无并发症.结论:小切口复位带锁髓内钉固定是治疗胫骨骨折的一种较好方法,具有创口小、骨折复位理想、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of intramedullary locking nail in the treatment of shinbone fracture.Methods: During the period between April 2003 and October 2006,18 patients of shinbone fracture were treated with the technology of intramedullary locking nail(14 men and 4 women,aged 20-58).13 of them suffered from closed fracture and 5 of them,open fracture.Reaming was applied in the 18 cases.Result: The wounds in 16 cases were healed in time while the healing in the other two cases was delayed.I... |
