| Abstract: | Based on some practical restrictions for FMS such as unique fixture for each batch of workpieces, limited cutter pool capacity and given number or pallets, this paper presents an appoach to FMS working plans and dispatch with multi-level hierarchical structure. The schemc is provided with theoretical as well as actual significance, which can not only make the optical utilization and balanced loads, but also realize the interrupt response. |
