钢纤维混凝土抗冲击性能的数值模拟研究

摘    要:为研究不同钢纤维体积分数与不同钢纤维长径比对混凝土基体抗冲击性能增强作用的影响,利用ANSYS/LSDYNA3D有限元计算软件,采用损伤材料模型,数值模拟了钢纤维混凝土圆柱体撞击素混凝土靶板的过程.分析了不同初速条件下靶板破坏体积与冲击动能的关系,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果比较.结果表明:钢纤维体积分数越大,钢纤维长径比越大,钢纤维混凝土基体的抗冲击性能越好;同时也说明,损伤材料模型能够很好地模拟混凝土类材料在冲击作用下的破坏情况.

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence on impact resistance of steel-fiber reinforced concrete, numerical simulations are performed for cylinders against concrete slabs by using ANSYS/ LDYNA3 D code. These cylinders are made of fiber reinforced concrete with different fiber content and different fiber L/D. A damage material model is used in the simulations. Relationship between fragment volume of concrete slab and impact energy of cylinders is analyzed under different initial velocities. The simulation results are compared with those from experiments. It shows that the fiber reinforced concrete with higher fiber content and bigger fiber L/D behaves better against impact. It is proved that the damage material model is suitable for such kind of simulations.
