| 摘 要： | 给出了第三代移动通信网络规划与优化过程中基站容量与其覆盖两者之间的关系．计算机模拟实验表明了基站容量与其覆盖关系理论分析的正确性.

| Abstract: | The critical problems of capacity and coverage will be discussed in the process of third generation mobile network planning and optimization. The simulation result shows that the analysis on the relation of capacity and coverage in a cell is true. |
