普茶制度与普茶料理源起探微

日本素食文化之代表普茶料理源于福建黄檗山万福寺是尽人皆知的事实,但福建黄檗山万福寺的普茶制度又源于何处？知者寥寥。文章追溯了普茶制度的源起,论证了其源于唐代江西奉新百丈山的百丈寺。怀海禅师在此制定《百丈清规》,建立普茶制度,是为普茶料理的源起。其后黄檗希运禅师师从怀海,将普茶制度与怀海学说一併带入临济宗,是为福建黄檗山万福寺普茶制度之源起。

The Exploration of the Origins of Pucha Cuisine and System

It is the known fact that Pucha cuisine, the representative of Japanese vegetarian culture, originated in the Wanfu Temple in Huangbo Hill in Fujian. But few people know where Pucha system was from.The paper traces the origin, expounds and proves that it originated in the Baizhang Temple in Baizhang Hill in Fengxin county, Jiangxi province. The Zen master, Huai Hat, constituted ＂Baizhang Regulations＂ and established Pucha system, which is the source of Pucha cuisine. Then the Zen master, Xi Yun, followed the Zen Master Hui Hat and brought Pucha system and Hut hat theory to Linji clan, which is the origin of the Pucha system in Wanfu Temple in Huangbo Hill, Fujian province.
