| 摘 要： | 构建了随机需求下基于制造商、零售商和第三方物流商（3PL）组成的具有产品再制造功能的闭环供应链定价模型．利用博弈理论分别对模型在集中决策与分散决策情况下进行了分析并结合算例验证得到了结论：集合决策下销售价格低于分散决策，回收价格高于分散决策，销售量大于分散决策，并且前者的系统利润明显大于后者．系统决策下的各项指标均优于分散决策．最后结合机电配件行业为例，进行了实证分析，说明了文中的定价模型的有效性和实用性．
