基于定子磁场定向的无速度传感器矢量控制

摘    要:采用定子磁场定向的方法,避免了转子参数对磁通估算的影响.利用改进的磁通积分算法,克服了纯积分器直流漂移和初始值问题,消除了一阶低通滤波器的幅值和相位偏差.利用美国Synopsys公司的Saber软件建立定子磁场定向无速度矢量控制的仿真平台,仿真验证了系统设计的正确性.在初步整定调节器参数的情况下,分别做了高、中、低速下的三个仿真,系统在1200r/min给定时,超调为20%,稳态精度到达1%以内;在5r/min给定时,超调为40%,稳态精度在15%左右,系统具有较宽的调速范围.

Abstract:The influence of the estimation of flux by the parameters of rotor was eliminated by using stator flux orientation. The DC drift and initial problems of pure integrator were overcome, and the magnitude and the phase error of one-order low pass filter eliminated by using a novel integration method. The model of stator flux orientation senseless vector control was established with the software Saber of Synopsys company. Through the simulation, the design of systems was proved, showing good performance. Under the condition of preliminary seting the regulator parameters, three simulation (high speed, mid-speed and low speed) are completed. The overshoot is 20%, and the steady-state error is less than 1% when the speed command is set to be 1200r/min. When the speed command is 5r/min they are 40% and 15% respectively. Obviously, the system can be operated in a large range.
