微波辅助无溶剂合成双环笼状磷酸酯醇苯甲酸酯

摘    要:在无溶剂条件下,以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,微波辅助合成笼状双环磷酸酯醇苯甲酸酯.最佳反应条件为:酸醇物质的量比为3:1,催化剂用量占总投料量的14%(质量比),反应时间为3 min,微波炉的功率为260 W,产率为71.2%,且过量苯甲酸可以回收.

Abstract:Under microwave assistance, a caged bicyclic phosphate benzoate is synthesized solventlessly with p - toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The optimum conditions are as follows : ratio of benzoic acid and caged bicyclic phosphate is 3: 1, catalyst amount occupies 14% of the total mass, reaction time is 3 minutes, and the microwave power is 260W. The yield is 71.2% ,and the excessive benzoic acid can be recycled.
