摘    要:利用微生物技术,从河南省平顶山市平西湖水坝下水样中分离和筛选除氮细菌,结果表明:实验所筛选的8株供试菌株分别投入人工水体12 h后,水体的总氮浓度明显下降,说明这些菌株均具有脱氮能力,其中的N13、N22’菌株,其校正脱氮率可达40.38%和40.36%;差异显著性分析表明和其他菌株相比差异达到显著水平,为生物脱氮法治理城市景观水体富营养化提供参考途径和依据.

Abstract:In the study the samples are collected from west lake of Pingdingshan,and 8 strains from these samples have been isolated and chosen,which can remove nitrogen-ammonium from pollution water.The results show that these 8 strains have the ability of denitrification,and the total nitrogen concentration of water has decreased significantly.Nitrogenammonium removal rate of the two strains N13 and N22'has reached 40.38% and 40.36% respectively after 12 hours.
