| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨根管治疗术反应的原因和预防措施.方法:对临床施行根管治疗术的316例患者观察治疗反应情况,分析治疗反应因素.结果:本研究所涉及的病种、根管预备时的操作以及根管充填后的类型,对根管治疗术发生反应有关系.结论:认真领会根管治疗术原理,熟练掌握其技术要领,如应用无菌操作技术,准确测量根管长度,避免器械超出根尖孔和根管超填等,可以减少和预防治疗反应的发生.
