| 摘 要： | 以虚拟仪器图形化开发平台LabVIEW为基础,将具有网络化功能的DataSokect技术与OPC技术相结合,构建轮胎成型机的远程监控系统,实现了轮胎成型机运行状态的数据采集、远程传输和分析处理的功能.实验表明,该系统运行可靠,数据采集和处理快速,可以有效地增加系统的可扩展性,缩短开发周期,降低生产成本.
