摘    要:随着国际建筑市场的飞速发展,我国建筑行业也如雨后春笋般地快速崛起.但是快速发展的同时,也给建筑企业带来了一定的负面效应--在建筑行业人才短缺的前提下,企业如何才能更有效地建立对本单位员工评价的方法,从而根据员工表现行为制定更为科学的措施.本文通过对传统的模糊综合方法进行分析修正,再用修正后的方法来评价建筑行业员工的绩效表现,结果表明,采用修正后的方法使得模糊评判具有更强的客观性和可行性.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the international construction market,China’s construction industry has mushroomed rapidly rising,but excessive growth has also brought certain negative effect——under the premise of talent shortage in the construction industry,how to build a more efficient evaluation methods of the employee in order to take scientific measures.This paper revises the traditional method of fuzzy comprehensive amendments,and evaluates employee performance of construction industry.The result indicates that the revised method is more objective and feasible.
