| 摘 要： | 针对汽车备件库存管理存在的问题,以某汽车4,S店备件库存管理为研究对象进行了研究.首先,利用Flexsim仿真软件评价原有的库存管理系统;然后,运用ABC库存分类原则对原有的备件库存管理策略进行改善,并比较两种策略下的仿真运行结果.仿真结果表明,改善后的模型更加合理,能够为企业选择合适的备件库存管理策略提供依据.
