凝结芽孢杆菌TQ33产抗疫霉物质特性研究

摘    要:凝结芽孢杆菌TQ33是从脱脂奶粉中分离出来的,发现其发酵液中活性代谢产物对甜瓜疫霉菌(Phytophthora drechsleri Tucker)、灰葡萄孢霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)、甜瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium ox-ysporum)、苹果炭疽病菌(Glomerella cingulate)植物致病真菌有很好的抑制作用,其中对甜瓜疫霉菌具有较强的抑制作用,同时对抗甜瓜疫霉物质特性进行了研究,将具有抑菌活性的发酵液分别经过调节pH、加热、蛋白酶处理后发现,凝结芽孢杆菌TQ33发酵液具有一定的热稳定性;在pH,5~6时具有最大抑菌活性,发酵液经胰蛋白酶、中性蛋白、蛋白酶K处理后失去部分抑菌活性,初步分离纯化实验表明其中一种抗菌物质可能是苯乳酸,这表明凝结芽孢杆菌TQ33发酵液中可能含有苯乳酸,以及其他蛋白类抑菌物质.
