| 摘 要： | 本文根据师范教育的规律与特点 ,为优化课堂教学和提高学生的整体素质 ,提出了从课程设置和师资建设两方面入手进行高师化学本科的教学改革 ,即课程设置方面通过改革旧的课程体系 ,建立新的体现师范特色和科学的课程体系的途径来实行 ,包括改革课本 ,压缩学时 ,开设新课等内容。师资建设方面的改革主要通过教师培训和在职硕士研究生中定向培养高校教师的办法来展开。
