摘    要:合成了二甘氨酸葡萄糖络铜(Ⅱ),并进行了组成及结构研究.采用比色法和荧光法研究该化 合物对超氧阴离子自由基和DNA的作用.结果表明:二甘氨酸葡萄糖络铜(Ⅱ)配合物能显著抑制 超氧阴离子自由基的生成,并能与DNA有效的结合.

Abstract:The synthesis of glycine and D-glucose with copper (II)complex has been studied. This compound is characterized by elemental analysis, IR,US-Vis and ESR. Effect of the Cu-Gly2-Glu on O_2-.and DNA has been tested. The results show that the Cu-Gly2-Glu could inhibit the synthesis of O_-. markedly and could also combine with the salmon sperm DNA.
