| 摘 要： | 煤气双缸交换机的电气装置是控制驱动焦炉中加热调节装置的关键设备.目前,国内生产的交换机仍采用位式控制.因此,故障频繁、维修费用高而且影响焦碳质量.本文介绍一种以PLC控制为主体的电气控制系统,它采用电子式接近开关做输入点,实现了对煤气双缸交换机的自动化控制,取得了显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The electric installation of gas double vat exchanging machine is the key equipment in heat regulating of control driving in the coke stove. A multi-model electric installation of gas doubel vat exchanging maching is introduced in the present. So maintenance of equipment is very frequently and expensive-influence coke quality in this paper. Electric control system with PLC is introduced. It adopt electron nearing switch as input dot,bring about the control of this system and gain remarkable success. |
