整合互动的社会信息系统

社会信息是关于社会的信息或在社会系统中传输并被利用的信息。人们借助社会信息可以发现、认识和把握社会系统存在和演化的规律。社会系统的运行是通过人们的交往实践而实现的，而信息充当了中介和媒介的作用。社会的信息与信息的社会化是两个不同的过程，或说是社会发展过程中的两个不同的方面，这两个过程互为前提，互相制约，互相促进，整合互动。

On the Integrated and Interactive System of Social Information

Social information are the information about society or communicated and utilized information in the social system. People can discover and recognize the rules of existence and evolution of the social system by the social information. The social system runs through people's interaction, while the information play the roles of medium. The informationization of society and the socialization of information are different processes, or two different aspects in the process of social development.The two processes are prerequisite, restricted, promoted mutually meanwhile they are integrated and interactive.
