小金属粒子的集团—集团生长

摘    要:根据“分形”理论,对在M.A.Listvan的文章(Detemination of Time Dependence ofDomain Growth by Direct Observation of Small Metal Cluster.Surf Sci,1986,173:294—309)中所提出的小金粒子生长实验结果作了深入研究.研究结果发现,金超微粒的生长过程是以集团-集团生长为主要形式的生长过程.而且这种生长过程具有很好的自相似分形特征.

Abstract:According to the fractal theory, the result of experiment on gold cluster growth obtained by M A Listvan(Determination of time dependence of domain growth by direct observation of small metal cluster. Surf Sci, 1986, 173: 294-309) is discussed in detail. Through analysis, the authors find that the cluster-cluster growth process is an important form for the growth process of ultrafine-particles, which is described in literature, indicated in above brackets, and there is very good fractal self-similarity property in these growth procesc.
