中小企业集群式跨国经营的对策探究

Research on Transnational Operations of the Medium and Small-sized Enterprises Cluster

From the practice of transnational operations of the medium and small-sized enterprises, their competitiveness in the international market is still relatively weak. New ways of international operations must be found in order to promote growth rapidly and improve competitiveness in the international market. The research of a large number of cases show that transnational operations of the medium and small-sized enterprises cluster is the best option for the medium and small-sized enterprises to enter the international market. This paper points out the main factors which restrict the medium and small-sized enterprises to transnational operations and analyses the advantages of transnational operations of these enterprises cluster. It explains six measures of transnational operations for the medium and small-sized enterprises cluster.
