自我接纳团体辅导干预高校女生抑郁状态的研究

摘    要:探讨积极心理学取向下的自我接纳团体辅导和生活实践对改善高校女生抑郁状态的作用,为有效开展高校女生心理健康教育工作提供借鉴.采用问卷调查和访谈法,选择24名处于抑郁状态且自我接纳较低的高校女生,随机分成实验组和对照组2组进行团体辅导和生活实践干预.利用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)检验干预效果.干预后,与对照组相比,实验组被试自我接纳显著提高,自评抑郁得分显著降低,且均达到显著性水平.实验组内干预前与干预后差异均显著(P〈0.01),对照组则差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05).以自我接纳为主题的积极心理取向的团体辅导和生活实践对于增强抑郁状态下高校女生的自我接纳以及降低其抑郁体验有显著效果.

Abstract:To explore the effects of the group training and life practice based on the positive psy- chology on self-acceptance on decreasing the degree of depression among female university students, and to provide reference form ental health education on female university students in colleges. A question- naire survey and interview were applied. 24 female university students with high depressive experience and low self-acceptance were chosen and randomly divided into three groups:experimental group and the control group. The intervention about group training and life practice was given to the experimental group. The students were asked to take two tests of Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Ac- ceptance Questionnaire(SAQ) to examine the effect of intervention. After the intervention, compared with the control group,the score of SAQ of the experimental group was significantly increased,and the score of SDS was exactly the opposite. Furthermore, the differences in terms of SDS and SAQ for the ex- perimental group were significant(p〈0.01). But the differences for the control group were opposite(p〈0.05). The positive group training and life practice based on enhancing self-acceptance can not only raise the self-acceptance level of female university students with high depressive experience, but also effective- ly improve their depressive state.
