摘    要:胰岛素抵抗易感人群大多存在营养代谢模式异常,而这种营养代谢异常可能在胎儿期便已形成.生命早期营养的远期效应是营养学的重要研究内容.从成人疾病的胎儿起源出发对近年来关于母体高脂暴露编程子代胰岛素抵抗研究报道进行了综述.

Abstract:There is an abnormal nutritional metabolism in susceptible populations of insulin resistance which may be formed in the fetal period. The long-term effect of early life nutrition is the important research cont- ent of the nutrition subject.Starting from the fetal origins of adult disease,this paper generalizes recent re- search reports about the insulin resistance in offspring programmed by maternal high fat diet.
