摘    要:将CATIA建立的Q3E80型塔式起重机回转支承啮合齿圈模型导入有限元软件Workbench中进行模态分析,得到啮合齿圈的前20阶固有频率及相应频率下的振型,并将其作为判断回转支承啮合齿圈模型是否会发生共振现象的依据.

Abstract:This paper uses 3D software CATIA to establish QTZ80 tower crane slewing bearing model of the meshing gear ring and puts it into finite element software Workbench for modal analysis. We get natural fre- quencies of the top 20 orders of the meshing gear ring and the vibration modes of the corresponding fre- quencies, which are taken as the judgment whether resonance phenomenon will occur in the slewing bearing model of the meshing gear ring.
