摘    要:针对当前高校《液压与气压传动》课程讲授模式已不能适应为社会培养创新型、应用型人才的问题,提出了以“工程案例”为载体的创新讲授模式.首先介绍汽车起重机系统的工作任务、动作循环和安全要求并浏览整个液压系统原理图,然后将其分解为七个子系统并详尽分析每个子系统的工作循环、工作原理及油液工作路线,最后对复杂系统子系统间的相互关系进行分析.结果表明,仅一个工程案例就囊括了教材液压基本回路这一章约70%的内容,且这种讲授模式能理论联系实践变枯燥无味的抽象学习为生动形象的趣味学习,与人才培养政策要求相吻合.

Abstract:In accordance with the current problem existing in the teaching mode of the Hydraulic and Atmospheric Transmission course which can't be adapted to social demands for the innovative and applied talents, this paper suggests a new teaching mode with the "Engineering case" as carrier. First of all, it introduces the work task, action cycle and security requirement of automobile crane system, and it shows the schematic of the whole hydraulic system. The whole hydraulic system is separated into seven subsystems, and the working cycle, working principle and working process of oiI of each subsystem are exhaustively analysed. In the end, it analyses the interrelation between each subsystem among the com- plex system. The results indicated that, seventy percent of the content in the chapter of "Basic Hydrau- lic Circuit" is covered in just one engineering case. And this kind of teaching mode corresponds with" the policy requirement of personnel training with its advantage of connecting theory with practice, making bored and abstract study into vivid and interested study.
