H4SiW12O40/SiO2纳米粉体的溶胶-凝胶法合成与表征

摘    要:用正硅酸乙酯、正丁醇、水及硅钨酸为原料,通过Sol-Gel合成出H4SiW12O40/SiO2纳米粉体,采用IR、XRD、XPS、TEM等手段对其性能进行了表征。结果表明:H4SiW12O40与SiO2以共价键牢固结合,纳米粉体为典型的非晶态,平均料径为33nm,为开发性能性能的催化剂奠定基础。

Abstract:Nano-powders containing H 4SiW 12O 40/SiO 2,were prepared by the sol-gel method,with the materials,such as tetraethyl silicate,n-butyl alcohol,de-ionized water and tungstosilicate acid.The properties were investigated by IR,XRD,XPS and TEM.The results showed that the covalent bonds linked between H 4SiW 12O 40 and SiO 2,H 4SiW 12O 40/SiO 2 nano-powders were typical amorphous and the average size 33?nm,it may become a good catalytic materials.
