| 摘 要： | 本文从新世纪对人才素质的特殊要求出发 ,论述了 2 1世纪素质教育的特点及其对高等教育、高校图书馆工作的影响 ,阐明了高校图书馆自身会在哪些方面影响未来人才的素质 ,应从哪几方面调整自己的工作来适应未来人才培养的需要。
