摘    要:用木质素磺酸与一种含单宁的天然产物接枝共聚改性,再配以高价金属离子铬合,是当前无铬木质素类泥浆处理剂研制的一个新动向.本文对LGV产物的合成反应温度与其特性粘度吸附性能、水化耐盐性能、降粘性能的关系进行了探讨.研究表明:反应温度主要是通过影响LGV产物的平均分子量大小进而影响其吸附、水化、降粘性能;平均分子量太小,不利于产物的吸附与水化,平均分子量太大.则易使泥浆稠化;合成时应对此进行严格控制和调整,使LGV产物具有合理的平均分子量分布.

Abstract:The graft-copolymerization of natural tannin material with lignosolphonate is a new method of developing a mud conditioner of chrome-free lignosulphonates. The relationship among the reaction temperature and the intrinsic viscosity, the adsorption properties, the hydration and salt-resistant properties, the thinning properties of LGV samples are discussed. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows: (1)The reaction temperature affects the properties of adsorption, hydration and thinning by affecting the average molecular mass of LGV samples.(2) Lower average molecular weight of LGV samples was unfavourable for the adsorption and hydration. Higher average molecular weight was harmful to the thinning of mud.(3) The reaction temperature should be controlled in order to make LGV samples have proper average molecular mass.
