| 摘 要： | 在建立矿产资源竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊C-均值(FCM)和粗糙集(RS)相结合的综合评价方法对我国西部省份的矿产资源竞争力进行评价.该方法有效解决了在评价和预测问题中各因素的合理赋权问题,克服了现有专家评价方法的不足,更能客观地对矿产资源竞争力进行研究和评价,结果表明该方法是一种具有发展和应用前景的评价方法.
