民用机场的投资指标体系与投资决策

Investment Index System and Investment Decision for Civil Airports

With the developing of Chinese market economy, the importance of the investment decision to airport construction is growing more and more. Decreasing the investment waste and raising the utilization ratio of assets are key to improve economic benefit and social effect of airports. An index system consisting of main indexes and auxiliary indexes is proposed to estimate the total investment and the cost of every function area. Having built the airport, the system is used to check the level of utilizing assets and size up the right timing for the extension project. A comprehensive calculation and analysis are shown in a typical example.
