| Abstract: | The author discusses the explanatory notes of classical Chinese poems and essays in New Chinese Textbooks for Seniors and she questions the diction,explanatory notes, usage of allusions, historical facts, phonetics and so on. Moreover,she suggests some explanatory notes in the textbooks be rewritten. |
