摘    要:本文采用扫描电镜(SEM),能谱分析仪和表面形貌仪着重对磷、硼蠕墨铸铁的摩擦磨损机理作了初步的分析和探讨,研究结果表明:磷、硼合金元素的加入,有助于在蠕墨铸铁的摩擦表面形成一定的塑性流变层,从而改善摩擦表面的性质,使蠕墨铸铁的摩擦磨损性能提高.

Abstract:Using SEM,spectrum energy analyzer and surface morphology indicator,the friction andwear rnechanism of compacted cast iron is preliminarily investigated in this paper.The experimentalresults have indicated that the addition of boron and phosphorus to compacted cast iron is helpful toform a suitable thickness of plastic flowing layer along the sliding surface,hence,contact situationof the sliding surface is improved and the tribological properties is increased.
