硫酸铜和赤霉素提高霍霍巴种子发芽力的研究

摘    要:霍霍巴种子经CuSO_4或GA_3处理后,可显著地提高其发芽力。其生物学机制在于提高了种子中的α-淀粉酶和脱氢酶的活力,从而使经处理的种子中的贮藏物质更快地降解,为呼吸提供充足的底物,从而表现为经处理的种子呼吸强度显著大于对照。

Abstract:When JOJOBA seed was treated with CuSO4 or GA3, its germination power ( germination energy and germination percentage ) increased significantly. The mechanisms might be ascribed to the enhancement in activity of amylase and dehydrogenase by CuSO4 or GA3, so that the storage-substances in the treated-seed were degrated more rapidly and hence could supply more sufficient substrates for respiration. It appearscd that there was a higher respiratory intensity in the treated-seed than in the check.
