| Abstract: | The 21^st century is an age of the knowledge-based economy,the importance of the knowledge management is more and more obvious. This paper introduces the meaning of the knowledge management and the importance of carrying out the knowledge management in university library,and puts forward some countermeasures for carrying out the knowledge management such as establishing the talents system forthe knowledge management, creating the digital library, and providing the individualized service, etc. |
