大理地区精神病患者弓形虫感染情况调查

目的：了解大理地区精神病患者弓形虫感染情况，探讨弓形虫感染与精神疾病之间的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验对219例精神病患者及91例健康体检者进行血清弓形虫IgG抗体检测。结果：精神病患者弓形虫抗体阳性率为31．96％，健康体检者为20．88％，两者之间差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：本地区精神病患者弓形虫抗体阳性率高于健康人群。临床医务工作者应加强对弓形虫病的认识，重视精神病患者的弓形虫感染情况．对门诊和住院病人进行常规弓形虫检测。

Investigation of Infection Toxoplasma gondii among Psychopath in Dali

Objective: To explore the relationship between Toxoplasma gondii infection and psychopath by investigating its infection rate with psychopath in Dali.Method: Sera of 219 psychopath and 91 healthy volunteers from Dali were collected,and IgG antibody of T.gondii was detected with ELISA.Result: The positive rate of IgG antibody of T.Gondii for psychopath and healthy volunteers were 31.96% and 20.88% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: The positive rate of T.gondii antibody in the psychopath in this region was higher than that in the healthy population.It is suggested that clinical medical staff should enhance the understanding of the toxoplasmosis,pay more attention to its infection of the patients with the mental disease and routine test of anti-T gondii antibodies in the in-patients and out-patients with mental diseases.
