摘    要:研究了逆向工程中截面测量数据的B样条曲面拟合问题.结合二分法和最小二乘法,提出并实现了截面数据的B样条曲面拟合算法.该算法在满足指定精度的条件下,对测量数据有较大的压缩率,适合工程应用.应用实例表明算法稳定、可靠、高效.

Abstract:Digital model reconstruction based on coordinate measuring of existing physical objects is widely used in a variety of situations. The data obtained through popular measuring machines, such as laser scanners, are mostly digitized data organized in sections. In this paper, the problem of Bspline surface fitting based on digitized section data is addressed. An algorithm, which combined bisection and least square method, is put forward. The algorithm can greatly compress the digitized points and generate compact surface representation while satisfying the given tolerance. Examples in the paper show that the algorithm is effective and practical.
