| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance to expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN) in thyroid surgery and to detect the methods of avoiding nerve damage.Method 578 cases were analyzed retrospectively,268 cases of RLN were exposed,310 cases of RLN with traditional method were not exposed.Results In the group A,there were 2 cases with RLN temporary injury and no permanent injury(0.75%).In the group B,there were 9 cases with RLN temporary injury and 4 cases of permanent injury(4.2%).Conclusion To expose RLN in... |
