摘    要:分别用极性各不相同的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和甲醇依次对乙醇总提取物进行了分步萃取.对不同提取物设计了极性各异的展开溶剂系统,并依次进行了薄层层析试验,选出了不同溶剂萃取物适宜的展开剂配方,为进一步分离纯化并深入研究猕猴桃籽打下基础,同时提供了一种寻求有效展开剂的思路.

Abstract:After the kiwifruit seeds were grinded to fine powder, it is extracted with 75% ethanol and condensed firstly. The condensate is then extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, nbutanol and methanol in turn. The different extractives were analyzed by Thin Layer Chromatography technique with different polarity of solvent elution system,which are designed according to the polarity of extracting reagent. Finally the appropriate solvent elution systems are ascertained from a series of solvents by the effective testing design thought.
